Colorizeimage.com allows users to order, upload, share and store photos taken from old photo albums, cell phones, slides, negatives or any other physical or digital storage. The Services may be provided either for a fee or free of charge, at Colorizeimage’s sole discretion. In order to provide the Services, we may require that users first provide certain personal information, which we determine is reasonably necessary. Although You are under no obligation to provide such personal data to Us, without registering to the Services, you will not be able to benefit from the full suite of the Services. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority where you reside if that jurisdiction has an older age of majority, to register to the Services. We do not take any responsibility for such copyright infringement. You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity. You agree not to use our services to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another´s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. You shall not exhibit any expressions of abuse, offensive language or images showing child abuse, child pornography, child nudity, depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct or any other sexual situations. You agree that all billing or shipping information that you submit is accurate.
Satisfaction policy
Our customers have been very satisfied with our work – and keep coming back to us with their photo editing requirements. Our goal is to provide you with absolute satisfaction of our services. Sometimes if your photograph is seriously damaged it can be restored and colorized to a better state but not perfect. In this case we will inform you clearly about it. Colorizeimage.com will not refund any money after you have accepted the completed work. If you have any questions regarding this Satisfaction Policy, please email us. We reserve the right to change terms, rates and fees at any time, for any reason.
